Responsible for developing and delivering training on comprehensive network engagement to Combatant Command service component and Joint Task Force staffs worldwide. Also involved in the development and capturing of next-generation analytical methods and relevant procedures that will enable greater situational understanding of human networks in the modern, complex data environment.

Project Lead for the establishment of the first tactical human intelligence teams for the US Navy. Responsible for and directly involved in all aspects of the organization, manning, training and equipping of these teams. Supervised 160 personnel and administered a budget of more than $5 million dollars. SEAL Instructor at the Naval Special Warfare Center, inspired and managed a staff of 35 SEAL instructors and support personnel who successfully trained over 2,500 students. Project Lead for the creation of a command-wide training plan that is currently being used to prepare more than 160 personnel for arduous overseas deployments in intelligence and operational roles. Directly involved in the selection and evaluation of a 750 line item, $32 million Table of Allowance. Hand-selected to lead the Chief of Naval Operations directed formation of a US Navy cadre to establish the first Tactical HUMINT training team. Served as the first US Navy Counter-Intelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) department head at the combined USN / USMC CI / HUMINT training course. Served as primary author of the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command’s Human Intelligence instruction. A driving force in developing the Navy’s tactical Counter-Intelligence and Human Intelligence program for more than three years. Instrumental in developing and managing growth in excess of 500% in this program at the Navy Expeditionary Intelligence Command. Instrumental in introduced systematic target analysis to a Naval Special Warfare unit in the early 1990's. Heavily involved in influencing decision makers to invest resources in intelligence preparation of the battlefield. Multiple successful operational deployments around the globe to support joint operational and intelligence efforts at all levels of conflict and collection. Deftly balanced those deployments with demanding staff work stateside.
