    When I began at Cory's, my primary role was to cultivate and enhance existing client relationships, prospect for new clients and additional vertical markets and increase sales. During this period, I drove increased sales resulting in growth requiring the addition of new sales staff, engineering staff, and project management staff, positioning the company for better expansion.From 2010 -2014, I took the company's installation sales from $1.2 million to $2.7 million. I was responsible for managing the entire sales cycle including the initial client contact, on site client needs analysis, systems engineering process, writing the technical Scope of Work and Sales Proposal as well as the end client sales delivery and closing negotiations. During this period I was responsible for procuring a State Contract award, positioning Cory's as one of only three approved Audio Visual Services vendors for direct sales to State agencies. I also developed numerous key relationships as a sole source provider for organizations such as University of Central Oklahoma, Dell, Hobby Lobby and Oklahoma Gas & Electric.Management accomplishments include devising and implementing a new customer relationship management software (Insightly), project tracking systems and reporting methods. Additionally, I assisted in the successful roll out of new technical design and sales software (D-Tools). I also crafted and fully documented internal processes for Installation Sales and Installation Project Management to be used as ongoing internal process policy and training.

I had the pleasure of developing relationships with new and existing dealers over a 4 state territory and in doing so, I increased sales by over 400% in just 3 years time, taking annual sales from only $900,000 to over $4.6 million. In 2008, I was awarded Territory Rep of the Year by Tascam.During this period of time, I was responsible for developing my own strategic plan for field operations including new client prospecting, existing client development, product demonstration, sales and training and travel schedules. I was also tasked as being a primary point of contact for dealer/manufacturer relationships and was at the front line of all client satisfaction.
