I have been continually employed by Vaultex and previous associated companies since March 2006 at this location. I joined the Cash Centre upon leaving further education. I work as part of a team and along with my colleagues I work towards making sure that all work is completed on time, every time, adopting the Right First Time approach.I ensure that customers are credited with the correct amounts, quickly and accurately and I identify forgeries, discrepancies and substitutions. I thereafter ensure that all these are dealt with in accordance with company policy.I have undertaken the role of Temporary Supervisor on the nightshift, to afford cover for a long-term absence.I have been trained and actively assume the role of Control Room Operator covering staff breaks and absences, dealing with searches, completing related paperwork and allowing entry/egress for the CIT vehicles.I have carried out various duties within the nightshift team including Cashier duties, Van Bay duties, and High speed note sorting machines.
