- Led the interactive software development, self-publishing, and dev-side platform company spun off of SK Telecom. - Its mission was to make concept-to-audience process for products in chat apps-driven consumer internet realm faster, easier, and open.- Particular attention was given to East Asia dominant chat apps, along with content and audience from/for those territories resulting in 14 released titles and a platform with 20 pilot partners on board in under 2 years.

- Led the global entertainment content and mobile software initiative for the giant multinational.- In 5 Quarters, I built, integrated, and guided a 50+ person international team distributed across San Francisco, Seoul, and Tokyo.In SF - recruited 20+ local talent, and launched a self-publishing program to develop a strategic product portfolio.In Seoul - with a 15 person team, took the Tstore content unit from 17% annualized net loss to 29% net profit.In Tokyo - with a 15 person team, developed a local integrated-services model and signed key partnerships to support the global initiatives.

- As the first senior creative at ngmoco, I built a nimble core team and a large network of independent contractors to set the ngmoco brand’s product portfolio identity and delivered 40+ critically/commercially successful mobile games over 2 years.- Following DeNA acquisition, I transitioned the team to live-ops with the goal of supporting the expanding content-focused games portfolio serving Japan and the Western territories.- Those were also formative first years for Apple App Store onto which we left a lasting legacy by pioneering the freemium model in mobile games.

- As the first product leader with domain expertise at the company, I helped conceive, fundraise for, and executed on a stylish music-focused virtual world that thrived as a community for global “Tweens.”- As the company grew, I took on additional duties in business development and account executive roles to help navigate the unpredictable big media partnerships, as well as leading independent music talents.

Greater Seattle Area

- Joined the team prior to Microsoft’s acquisition as a production talent, then grew into a leadership role.- Helped launch the genre pioneering Oni, then the ground breaking Halo franchise without which the Xbox console does not exist in current glory.
