While continuing my old responsibilities, I also gained experience working on our Profitability team, Fuel team, Inflight Team, and helped stand up the Company's Environmental Sustainability team. During this transitionary phase, I brought value by taking in processes and improving/streamlining them. A large project I had was taking our accrual process that was completely manual and automating it. Doing so improved the process from a multi-day task to taking about one hour and made it more accurate.
