Implement & revise processes, research considerations, run parts of operations to support Club growth. 6 teams when first involved (2008 Board), now 40 teams+academy with ~700 players. Spring ’20 initiated Zoom practices, Summer ’20 built covid-compliant socially distanced soccer program.
