CurrentLead a team of 5 providing technical support and services for video production content workflow software MediaSilo, Screeners, and Wiredrive which powers some of the biggest names in Media & Entertainment including but not limited to Amazon Studios, Hulu, Peacock, AMC, AGBO, and BBDO. Cross-collaborate with Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.➣ Manage and monitor support team ensuring metrics are met. This includes CSAT scores, reply time metrics, and bug QA & reporting➣ Maintain good relationships with top tier M&E clients➣ Establish and build process and efficiencies➣ Ensure team agents exude professionalism and have a highly technical understanding of all SAAS products➣ Operate a support environment that has a rotating 24x7 on-call system➣ Manage and establish process for onboarding calls for T3 customers➣ Manage relationships with our support service providers➣ Maintain a highly technical understanding of all 3 SAAS products to assist our customers and assist internally with growing the products➣ Continually test SAAS products and report and work through current bugs as necessary with the Product & Engineering teams➣ Speak with Marketing on current customer impacts and feedback and how this can apply to strategy➣ Discuss and plan strategy for customer service with leadership
