• Mainly manage the APAC store network to provide designs,implementation and operational support of network services. • Design and implement network infrastructure for New Store Opening Project in APAC region. • As a top-level network technical resource in global project for planing and project management. • Provide network solution for incoming intake from business. • Oversee the design and plan for next generation network such as SD-WAN in retail network. • Keep providing network support as a level 4 network resource to other team.• Macro deployment of SDWAN project in China and APAC region.

• Maintain and keep day to day IT Networking operation running (Routers, Switches and Wireless) for office, warehouse, factories, company owned stores, and franchisee owned stores.• Define and design company networking architecture, standards, specifications and requirements.• Manage and maintain asset inventories.• Responsible for maintaining vendor relationships.• Phone, email and remote support users.

• Manage information technology and computer systems and well communication with local engineering team and regional domains and maintain good relationship with external service suppliers (Shanghai, Tianjin, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Taipei, and Kaohsiung).• Design, develop, implement and maintain relevant networks and network services with sufficient capacity, resilience, security and operability to provide high availability and service quality to meet Service Level Agreements.• Maintain and development a stable internal IT environment and property.• Monitor and maintain information technology to ensure maximum access.• Ensure information technology is accessible and equipped with current version of hardware and software.

• Overall in charge of IT infrastructure, servers, computer systems and user support team.• Allocate and maintain the proper functioning of global IT support team with reasonable budget.• Maintain and operate IT to adhere to corporate IT security policy, best practices and high business availability.• Define objectives and goals for support team as well as individual team members.• Train and guide team members to ensure they can perform in their respective jobs.• Define, rollout and evaluate standard work to improve IT services such as helpdesk services, IT procurement, IT controls, IT financials etc.• Manage major vendors on services level, customer satisfaction including but not limited in hardware and software purchases, voice and data communications. • Identify and leverage best practice and tools to standardize IT operating environment and processes in China to assist IT planning cycle.• Define and measure key metrics and evaluate to improve IT services at customer satisfaction with cost effectiveness. • Support global initiatives and projects as and when necessary.

• Onsite install, maintain and repair equipment including router, switch, AP, firewall, server, desktop.• Perform staging, site survey and preventative maintenance and collection of equipment.• Provide remote support for local retail shops.• Follow the standard dispatching process and work closely with Service Coordination Center to ensure all KPIs and SLA are met, and complete the field job with cost-efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and perform critical changes, patches, upgrades on network and security infrastructure.• Monitor and manage capacity and performance issues.• Cross functional support on for regional Unified Communications operations.• Work with global IT support groups, vendors, partners and service providers for incident and problem resolution.• Deploy and support Network & Security solutions in APAC region.• Work with application teams in identifying and resolving network performance issues.• Technical documentation and training L1/L2 Operational team.
