As part of Houlihan Lokey's Transaction Advisory practice, I help create value for clients navigating the complexities of deal-related matters by providing practical advice in planning and executing transactions. I consult on public company readiness, as well as SEC and financial reporting issues relating to debt and equity capital markets, share-based compensation, consolidations, bankruptcy-related matters including fresh start accounting, hedging, asset transfers/securitizations. I was a postgraduate technical assistant at the Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) researching and assisting the Board's GAAP standard-setting process on matters including revenue recognition, conduit debt, cloud computing, and disclosures. I then joined EY's Technical Accounting Advisory Group where I focused on complex financial instrument matters.
