I'm an executive assistant at HDI Group, a leading insurance and financial services provider in Germany. I graduated from the Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft, a renowned university for applied sciences, with a bachelor's degree in business informatics with a focus on software engineering. In my courses I learned a lot about Software Development, Data Technologies, Software Modeling and Architecture.As an executive assistant, I support the member of the executive board in managing the department, contributing to strategy development and drawing up strategic concepts, planning and implementing strategic and operational projects, actively supporting change processes and developing communication formats, and conceptual support for special tasks. I have also obtained two certifications from Scrum.org as a professional scrum master and product owner, demonstrating my agile mindset and methodology. I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to solve business problems and create value for the organization. I am also eager to collaborate with diverse and talented teams and share my insights and perspectives.
