Senior Leadership position reporting to the Commercial Development Director. Responsible for leading and managing the marketing and digital communications team across 9 brands. Achievements and responsibilities include: - Leadership of successful marketing team, overseeing the brand portfolio of all 9 UK brands, covering a variety of B2B and B2C services, utilising appropriate channels according to the customer segment- Setting, managing and allocating a marketing budget in excess of £1.4m, against strategic plans for the financial year, monitoring return on investment- Successfully linked improvements to customer experience to brand message in “We are doing things differently” campaign - Created internal brand story & campaign around vision, mission, and values to support culture change of customer centricity & to drive engagement. Campaign won Silver in Best Business Change & Transformation in the UK Employee Experience Awards 2017 - Stakeholder engagement, working closely with internal stakeholders including the Executive Leadership Team to develop & implement appropriate strategic marketing plans- Development and implementation of a digital strategy to cover all UK brands based on prioritisation, need and customer type. Responsible for all digital platforms to deliver consistent brand position and messaging- Development of strategic relationships with creative agencies to evolve the brands to improve customer engagement and build brand equity- Leading the strategy for all corporate sponsorship opportunities and industry event attendance
