• Fully responsible for the company’s Marketing Department which within the 5 years was created from scratch and was developed within a rapidly growing company with turnover rising from 18M Euro to 42M Euro. •Directly responsible for the enhancement of brand image, the development and implementation of the marketing plan, the trade marketing strategy and the coordination of all marketing, communication & in-store actions within a network of 120 stores nationwide.•Closely cooperated with the board, the sales and product development teams, while handling all external communication partners including advertising agencies and media companies. Managed the company’s on-line media channels (including company’s site, social media) and handled the development from scratch of a new innovative mobile app.•Coordinated and evaluated various promotion campaigns while overviewing the store network ensuring proper in-store brand and product image including participation to the design process of new in-store ambience experience.•Monitored consumer trends and competition while participating in multiple CSR and training activities, educating and motivating internal stakeholders.

• In charge of planning and coordinating the Club’s events reporting to the Club’s Commercial Director, while handling the company’s CRM and in house media actions.• Participated to the development of the company’s member’s services strategy, while handling the implementation of all activities connected with the communication and information needs of the Club’s premium clients.

•In charge of handling the company’s new business development reporting to the Marketing Director.• Responsible for the planning and implementation of product launch campaigns and internal events for Shiseido and Essie while developing relations with key accounts.

• Participated to the development and implementation of the company’s communication plan, reporting to the Communications Director while handling relations with media partners and the company’s international media department.• Handled the coordination of various high-profile events, in cooperation with external partners and in line with the international company strategy and guidelines.• Directly assisted to the enhancement of the brand image in Greece and Turkey, while the company grew rapidly with turnover increasing from 20M Euro to 35M Euro with the establishment of the Turkey subsidiary and its integration to the Greece & Turkey structure.
