Hi, my name is Chryshel, pronounced chris+shell (she/her)!I’m a Charlotte native and a born and bred Tar Heel graduate.Since graduating, I have dibbled and dabbled in many industries, trying to find an area that felt right—comfortable but challenging. In all of these jobs, I have always stayed people-focused, taking the customer or client's needs and thoughts as a top priority.From my college career of being a diversity student ambassador touring future students (and later becoming their mentor) to becoming a leasing agent post-grad and helping interests find their next home, I enjoyed guiding people to the places they wish to reach. I should’ve known then what my passion was, but it took me a while.
