- Developing scripts and software tools to address custom user requests and streamline daily operations and support.- Working with DevOps and software engineers to automate cloud infrastructure and software deployments.- Implementing and executing process audits such as audits of automated backups, monitoring systems, etc.- Diagnosing and resolving user tickets related to the Resolution Bioscience analysis pipelines and laboratory information management system – debugging issues, executing code, and escalating to internal teams when necessary.- Improving Resolution Bioscience's software management and deployment standards including source code management, issue tracking, staging and deployment standards, and documentation.

I provided tutoring and academic support for underrepresented minority, first-generation college, and economically disadvantaged students as part of the Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity at UW. My tasks included:- Giving help to students on their homework assignments and preparing for exams- Teaching math subjects ranging among calculus, statistics, and linear algebra- Helping students in the introductory computer science courses by helping them debug their projects & encouraged good programming principles in writing code- Working with other tutors and instructors to explain and clarify challenging concepts

- Regularly updated the department's website to reflect faculty activity.- Involved with research in Natural Language Processing.- Organized coursework, paperwork (financial & administrative).-Digitalized dissertations and Masters/PhD Theses.- Worked closely with department faculty such graduate students and professors.

I began working for my parents when I was 8 years old. My parents owned a bubble tea station in the Supermall (now The Outlet Collection) in Auburn, and we remained in business until 2013, when we had to vacate due to mall remodeling. Duties included:-Taking orders from customers-Operating cash registers-Handling credit and debit cards-Dealing with complaints appropriately (especially during rush hours)-Maintaining equipment (blenders, cup sealers, surveillance cameras)-Lifting heavy supplies and equipment-Making bubble tea
