Applying machine learning to automatically detect defects, enables the client to proactively plan their maintenance and reduce the risk of injuries during manual inspections. • Advised MRPV on implementing the Victorian Asset Digital Strategy and identified ways of streamlining as-built asset information leading to a more efficient organisation. • Designed a Proof of Concept for NSW Ports in order to map their decarbonisation pathway, monitor their Scope 1,2 and 3 Green House Gas Emissions and achieve their net zero targets.

Provided technical advice on design solution, using my engineering and analytical skills, ensuring these solutions add value to clients, balancing costs and sustainable outcomes.• Managed and collaborated with international teams by effectively leveraging their capabilities and building on their strengths. Project Manager and Geotechnical Engineer on Tuen Mun Chek Lap Kok:• Designer of approached road ramps leading to a 5km sub-sea tunnel connecting New Territories to the International Hong Kong Airport. Detailed design using Plaxis 2D and Oasys Frew using an earth retaining system spanning 40m wide and up to 30m deep. • Responsible for construction risks assessment and proposed monitoring of ground movement caused by deep excavations.• Managing of the design & built contract by tracking the design progresses, ensuring engineers were following programme and deadlines were met.• Managing the project’s financials. Preparation and issuing of design variations and budget claims and negotiating those with the contractor.

Geotechnical Engineer in UK, working on major projects: • Involved in the design of retaining walls, foundations of buildings and bridges, and assessment of slopes. Characterised ground conditions for highways and building projects, mapping out risks and constrains.• Supervision of earthworks for the construction of a 400kV substation and ensuring the contractor was compliant with the geotechnical specifications.• Detailed design of two sub-sea structures for the extraction of natural gas, using Plaxis 3D. Assessing the stability and settlement of the structure during its design life, understanding the installation and de-commissioning issues associated with these structures.
