§ Advising the board of directors and senior management on the Organization’s legal obligations and best practices § Provide legal advice and guidance to the board members and executives on various matters related to the funds’ operations, contracts, regulations, policies, procedures, and disputes. § Company Secretary (responsible for ensuring the Organization’s compliance with various legal and regulatory requirements, as well as managing its governance and administration, organizing and preparing agendas and minutes for board meetings, general meetings, and committee meetings)§ Monitor and report on the fund's compliance status, identifying and mitigating any potential risks, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. § Liaise with external stakeholders, such as regulators, auditors, and service providers, and represent the fund in any legal proceedings or investigations.
