As EPF Protege, the exciting part is I had the chances to deal with different kind of members. I also had been assigned to regulated the e-Services Corner and Kiosk which is quite challenging at first but I capable to managed it. Besides, I get to be part of exciting project such as:1) Promote, encourage and provide guidance to the members of the method of Member Registration, updating of member information, TAC registration and statement printout at Kiosk services. 2) Promote and encourage members and employers for using i-Akaun members and employers, use the webform facility through i-Akaun member for services such as Nomination, Withdrawal of Pensionable or Retired employees, review statement and others.3) Be a facilitator in the e-Services corner by responsible for answering questions from the members that related to EPF schemes and products such as Full or Flexi Withdrawal, Self Contribution, i-Saraan & i-Suri. 4) Allocated for deliver a details information about required documents for specific withdrawal such as Partial & Full Withdrawal and other withdrawal.5) Selected as Emcee by our Branch Manager for outreach project. This project is to promote one of EPF's product which is i-Saraan. The objective of this project is to educate more people to save or invest their saving at KWSP.

During my internship at ASNB Limbang Sarawak, I have been assigned to accomplish various department which included in Counter Department, Account Admin Department and Marketing Department. During my duty at Counter Department, I will help customer to check or ensure of Subscription form, Redemption form, Transfer and Switching form and Registration form to avoid mistake by the customer. In the meantime, I also help old people to fill in their form as they don’t know how fill the form.Next, when I work at Account Admin Department, the things that I learned is to make the basic bank reconciliation or documents, filing, batching or sorting and branch report. The branch report needs to be done daily which we have to check the transaction that in or out of the day. While for the bank reconciliation is need to do by daily also which is we have to ensure the transaction be done correctly to be recorded and submitted to the system. As for Marketing Department, it is only when on requests basis outdoor such as seminar. But, unfortunately during the pandemic of Covid-19, all the outdoor activities like seminar are hold for a while.
