As the Marketing Manager for Meridian Mall I successfully oversaw, controlled and directed all aspects of the Advertising, Marketing and Promotions of the Centre for the direct benefit of the 50 specialty retail stores. I ensured that the Centre's market share, customer traffic and sales were maximised at every opportunity whilst building relationships with all tenants, taking into consideration their individual needs and desires in regards to marketing and promotions. I formulated and maintained a marketing budget, I liaised with print, radio and online media companies and I planned and managed instore events.Achievements:- Redeveloped the Centre's marketing promotions and events to make them more engaging with the Otago public and Dunedin visitors.- Directed the redesign and redevelopment of www.meridianmall.co.nz- Strengthened relationships with key tenants to encourage further participation and engagement.- Organically boosted the Meridian Mall Dunedin facebook page from 851 followers to 3227.
