In my time at FINRA, I supported Dispute Resolution Services and Corporate Communications. I represented FINRA at industry conferences, educational seminars and constituent meetings; prepared executive briefing materials; drafted internal and external communications; performed compliance oversight relating to FINRA Rules and internal procedures; and worked closely with senior management to identify reputational risks and challenges. I was honored to be a member of FINRA's Racial Justice Task Force.

At Agostino & Associates (a boutique tax controversy firm), I deciphered technical provisions of the Internal Revenue Code and effectively distilled legal guidance to clients on a range of complex individual, corporate, and estate tax issues; and successfully defended individual and corporate clients against state and federal taxing authorities.

Academic think tank. While at CPR, I traveled to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba with United Nations Observer Status, to report on military commissions and penned numerous published articles and reports on camp conditions and governmental investigations.

Tax planning firm. At Rufolo & Stein, I strategized to minimize client income and estate tax liabilities within applicable law, and created complex corporate structures by personalizing multiple instruments tailored to client needs.

Luxury jewelry manufacturer. Developed diversified strategies for marketing, advertising and advertorial endeavors; maintained relationships with retailers; created content for company catalogs, online product guides, trade advertisements, direct marketing and company branding; expanded communications' reach.
