Having lived and worked in different countries for the last twenty years, I know that speaking different languages is key to adapting to various cultures and understanding the subtleties of local ways of life. My desire as a French teacher is not only to make the language come alive but also the culture behind it. My background in business coupled with my studies give me the teaching tools to engage students from executive level through to children in an appropriately stimulating environment.15 years in the customer support industry have provided me with solid experience in customer service. With diplomacy and sensibility, I have the ability to pick up people where they are and I know how to creatively meet their needs to their satisfaction.
