As facility administrator I ensure that the employees have everything that they need in order to do their work effectively. That may mean that I get to un-jam the copiers, order janitorial supplies or organize a BBQ on the patio 2x a month during summer to build community. Whatever physical needs it takes to ensure that the employees can get their work done...that's what I handle. I supervise the Shared Services staff of reception, shipping/receiving and custodial areas. I am now the property manager for the owners of our building as well. I oversee the physical property inside and out for the two tenants.
