CurrentCurrent responsibilities include the leadership of the International Trip Planning, Flight Dispatch, Operational Flight Checks, and Crew Communication & Day of Departure software development teams. These teams combine to develop operational and regulatory software application development that supports all flights globally operated by NETJETS.Within the flight operations Dispatch area, we have focused on Automated Flight Dispatch, Operational airline checks to verify clear flight checks prior to dispatch. Our software engineers worked on international and domestic regulatory projects including TSA Secure Flight (automated passenger TSA No-Fly list checking), Entry/Exit Services (EES) for the 13 countries in Schengen region of Europe. Crew mobile applications, including crew fatique, crew safety, as well day-of-departure crew communications, flight plans, and NOTAMS.Business case development for $30M software acquisition, including additional headcount was successfully completed and signed during my time in my current role. Additional reporting and management goals and projects met to achieve outstanding results for our Owners and Organization. These applications are a mix of Cloud native, hybrid, on-premises, and mobile solutions based on Serverless frameworks, EKS Containers, Websphere, IOS Swift, and a diverse set of technologies to provide highly available, mission critical software.
