With over 4 years of experience in the polymer industry, including 2 years and 7 months as a Production Engineer and 2 years as a Quality Control Engineer, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities of polymer production and the importance of quality control and assurance.During my 2 months internship at Ordnance Factory as a Chemical Engineer, I gained practical experience in chemical production processes and learned how to apply my theoretical knowledge to real-world situations. This experience helped me to develop a strong foundation in process control and optimization, which has been invaluable in my subsequent roles in the polymer industry.As a Production Engineer, overseeing the production process of polymers, optimizing efficiency, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. I have also developed new and innovative polymer products while improving existing ones. My problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management experience have been vital to ensure the successful production and delivery of high-quality polymer products.As a Quality Control Engineer, I was responsible for designing and implementing quality control and assurance programs for polymer production processes, conducting audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions. I have expertise in using statistical software such as Minitab to analyze and interpret quality data and to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and strong grip on MS office .Throughout my career, I have been committed to continuously improving quality standards and processes to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
