Project manager for the Nordic Plant Phenotyping Network (www.nordicphenotyping.org) and ReTraQue (https://plen.ku.dk/english/research/molecular_plant_biology/plastid-and-thylakoid-dynamics/research-projects/resistance-traits-quality/) as well as helping out making the application for a new project to the Innovation Fund Denmark.My tasks includes making reports, keeping track of deliverables, communicating with partners, funds and others, plan meetings as well as larger events and conferences. Additionally I’m responsible for updating the project websites.

My primary task was to collect and read research articles and other relevant sources regarding nature based climate solutions in relation to the sea, particular focused on “Blue Carbon” and writing a synopsis on the topic.

For the first two years, I was the daily manager of “The Norwegian Wolf Project” in Tom Gilbert’s group. My primary tasks was to manage and organise the project and the samples, communicating and coordinating with collaborators from around the world, collect and process samples for DNA Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), as well as making and maintaining large datasets. I was also responsible for teaching and training visitors, interns, students and new employees in the lab facilities and protocols. For the last four months, I was in Eline Lorenzen’s group, where I was the daily manager and processing samples on a project that investigated population structure and evolutionary history of different mammals such as polar bears, narwhales, seals etc. Here, I was also responsible of training and teaching new employees and students.

Working on a project about restauration of stone reefs. Here I would watch underwater video recordings to collect data regarding which species were present in the research area before and after stone reefs were constructed as well as comparing it to other habitat types e.g. sand and natural stone reefs.

Feeding, caretaking and observation of fish, cockatiel, pigeons and mice for behavioural studies.

I was the manager and in charge of collecting, processing and analysing data about seals diet. This included that I examined scat samples from seals to find otholiths from fish to determine which species the seal had been eating. This resulted in a publication in a scientific magazine with me as the first author: "Diet of seals in the Baltic Sea region: a synthesis of published and new data from 1968 to 2013"(https://www.researchgate.net/publication/331972972_Diet_of_seals_in_the_Baltic_Sea_region_A_synthesis_of_published_and_new_data_from_1968_to_2013).
