Involved in the acquisition and implementation of the Project 'Evaluation of the SRT Landscape in Indonesia' (PERISKOP), financed by the Federal German Ministry for Education and Research. The PERISKOP Project consulted the Indonesian State Ministry for Research and Technology towards the design of the future Indonesian innovation system. Tasks and duties included the coordination and elaboration of six project work packages (project management), including (1) Technology transfer mechanisms (regional and cross-border); (2) Assessment of incubator and technology centers, research on and description of past and current important cluster initiatives in Indonesia (agro-processing, wooden furniture, rubber production), drafting of design principles for future technology transfer processes and cluster initiatives; (3) Technology foresight (scenario writing); (4) R&D indicator analysis; (5) Design principles for incentive structure of industrial R&D (incl. analysis of venture capital markets, program and project evaluation); (6) Socio-economic framework conditions (financial system, tax system, IPR system, socio-cultural aspects of S&T; competition policy; education system; ICT infrastructure).
