OneOoredoo is a digital transformation program at Ooredoo Group which aims to migrate all operating companies in 8 different markets from their legacy Oracle (on prem ERP) onto a unified SAP Cloud platform (SaaS). The program is focused to transform HR, Finance, Order Management and Procurement business processes by utilizing SAP complete business suit.• As lead IT Enablement my role requires close collaboration with Ooredoo Group Leadership Team and key stakeholders to drive the transformation journey and isaccountable for the successful delivery of OneOoredoo Program by supporting the Program Office.• Leading and delivering to-be digital architecture, solutioning and implementation of SAP modules & surround systems integrations with the cloud platform using CPI SAP BTP (BusinessTechnology platform) – PaaS. • End to end Data Migration from legacy onto a single ERP instance, customization and configuration of SAP functions, testing, training to key users during pre-go-live and managing Hypercare post go-live.• Perform detailed analysis of complex scenarios from each operating company under the groupand provide appropriate system solutions. Perform Business Impact analysis on 3rd party systems to ESS and help business units with templates to make the change. • Collaborate with Solution integration partner and key stakeholders in the operating companies such as business process owner to standardize and simplify business processes and mapping of the same as per SAP.

- Analysis of Data from multiple source systems, Monitoring of Controls to detect Revenue Leakages and Fraud intentions.- Sim box Analysis to counter grey traffic terminated through illegal gateways.- Monitoring of volume Controls for Voice and SMS for Prepaid and Postpaid to ensure the completeness of traffic that has been generated on the network elements.- Recharge and Balance transfer reconciliation between IN, Geneva and VOMS with recharge interface systems.- Invoices and volume reconciliation of International roaming traffic to ensure the invoices generated against the roaming partners.- System data reconciliation to ensure the data synchronization and integrity across all the Business Support Systems.
