I've been a tech geek from the young age of 10, when my uncle asked me to help him build his first PC. Since then, I've learned that creating a user's experience with technology gives me a sense of purpose. It's been almost 20 years since I first started honing my software development skills in order to grow businesses, solve problems, and improve user experiences. Now that technology permeates every aspect of our daily lives, there are many opportunities to make a difference: From helping K-12 organizations accurately track their spending to building solutions that keep commercial drivers in compliance with the ELD mandate.I am a staunch believer in Leadership at all levels and that high performers can make a difference at every level of the organization. Outside of my day-to-day within the compliance division of R&D, I helped Teletrac Navman win the Best Tech Work Culture Award within Orange County for 2018. Furthermore, I currently spearhead the Giving Back Committee in our Garden Grove office, which focuses on making a difference in our surrounding community.
