The application was executed in distributed Agile, delivered on-time and resulted around 80% improvement of the entire train cancellation process. Worked as a technical manager with a team distributed across 4 geographical locations.Cloud Migration from Oracle to Azure – Executed for a leading Real Estate organization. Existing Oracle platform was replaced with Azure DB, while the web tier still resided on-premise, resulting a hybrid model. Worked as a technical manager to bridge the gap between the developers and client stakeholders.Remote Education System, powered by AI/ML – A minimal viable product (MVP) as part of IBM Call-For-Code 2020 Hackathon. Creation of a remote education platform with a bunch of tools developed through IBM Watson Visual Recognition, Language Translator, and Natural Language Understanding etc. Worked as the innovation champion and participated in ideation, hands-on development, testing and deployment.GDPR (Global Data Protection Regulation) assessment and implementation for one of the World’s largest Cruise Line organizations. The responsive web design and the underlying process automation ensure the maintenances activities are tracked seamlessly. Subhasis was the technical manager cum innovation champion for this program. This solution won the Innovation-of-the-Year award.Ramp Work Control web application for hub controller to better manage, coordinate and optimize flight maintenance allocation and staffing. The application also displays aircraft routing information summary, details, information on possible gate changes and delays etc. Subhasis started as a Tech lead for this program and gradually elevated as technical manager. The application was rearchitected from a monolithic to microservice architecture after merging two major Airlines.eGrade – A grading system for flight attendants. A responsive mobile web application developed using GWT to evaluate the grading of flight attendants. Subhasis was the technical manager for this program.Aviation Safety Action Program to log incidents that cause the normal flight path to be affected adversely. This is primarily a web application developed in JEE, for flight attendants to track all such safety incidents. The report helps further root cause analysis, followed by corrective actions and preventive measures. Subhasis was the technical lead and onsite coordinator for this program.
