My roles are a Project Team Leader in IBM, who is managing an ASM project team to deliver application enhancement and support services to the Solution Centre of Service Delivery (Including Department of Airport Operations and Inflight Services) in Cathay Pacific Airways. And is driving the team to satisfy project delivery with committing the service level agreement and achieving the financial target for our department. Including supporting business intelligence, business operational planning, strategic planning and data analytics for both internal and external parties. This role also required me to work closely interactively with our clients, furthermore to manage their expectations and to support them to meet their KPI in order to succeed in their business.

My role was an Application Enhancement & Support Lead in IBM who was managing an ASM project in Cathay Pacific to deliver application enhancement and maintenance services under the domain of Airline Operations and Cargo. I was also the Project Manager of an Innovation project in Prudential who was driving the project delivery team to provide services of project management, business analysis, architecture design and technical implementation.

I worked in the Information Management department who was supporting and maintaining the systems of airports in the domain of PAX-APT/AHQ. Acted as Application Consultant, System Analyst and Tester in order to maintain stabilization by managing vendors and providing consultation for supporting applications. Also I had contributed to several major projects for developing new applications for airports operations and passenger services.

Performing development and maintenance of an ERP system for fashion retail and garment manufacture. Design the system network architecture for the factory in China Mainland and Hong Kong office.
