- Attached under Savory department - Assisted in innovation projects such as making of instant noodles, sauces, gravies, salad dressing, pasta and pet food. - Performed physicochemical evaluations include moisture analyzer, pH meter, water activity meter, texture analyzer and microscopy. - Conducted benchtop production of different food samples using food science equipment to improve the texture, flavour and stability.

I assisted the application technologists under Dairy Department to develop different samples, for instance, milk, plant-based milk, ice-cream, yoghurt and whipped cream. I conducted shelf life testing, and some of the physicochemical tests, which are water activity meter, meltdown test, microscopy and moisture analyzer.
