Responsible for media SOC BIOS validation, OSAL and WIFI validation, copyright validation and performance validation. Utilize python/shell serial communication to automate BIOS tests, including different boot mode (nand/nor, trusted/non-trusted), system initialization, BIOS shell commands and post-boot verification. OSAL validation cover all OSAL APIs and WIFI validation cover all 802.11x protocols (connection, roaming, upload/download and performance). Copyright validation use python scripts to scan all source codes to make sure copyright banner is correct and no blacklist found. Performance validation covers CPU, memory, graphics and network, fully automated (python serial to send execution commands -> save results to logs -> excel VBA to generate formatted spreadsheet). Also use socket communication and expect scripts to automate component and composite signal tests between linux host and windows equipment. During this period, travelled to US two times for new media SOC PO and intel-sony co-validation project
