(5) Global leadership member to various infrastructure domains and global initiatives representing Asia Pacific for various strategies, initiatives planning and implementations. (6) Regional domain leader for Asia Pacific leading the transition to managed services for Fields services.

Managed the information protection team (7 senior risk analysts) in the Asia Pacific, which were accountable for the Information Protection control and compliance of Asia Pacific 35 businesses across 13 countries with a budget of about US$ 900,000.Achievements – (1) Established good partnership and collaboration with various leaders (controllers and business leaders) to better manage risk and mitigation in information protection exposure. (2) Raised the Information protection team to regional and solutions driven. (3) Lead Asia Pacific in the formation of the new Global Technology Governor Risk Control (TGRC) organization. (4) TGRC leadership team representing Asia Pacific for strategies, initiatives and policies implementations.

Leading the Optimization project for the Asia Pacific.Secondary responsibility – manage the TCO 2nd level technical client team that support 13 countries.Achievements – (1) Setup the Hub structure in the region and alignment of the infrastructure and support entities, (2) Implemented standard processes in the region to manage capacity, project profile, measurements, risk & compliances controls and budget and recharge allocation methodology.

Leading Asia Pacific for the Total Cost of Ownership Global project that impacted the 13 countries and assets of more than US$ 15 million. Secondary responsibility – manage the 2nd level client support virtual team from 7 countries and the server team.Achievements – (1) Successful completed the TCO project and recognized as one of Cargill’s excellence award finalists. Project scope includes the entire “end to end” lifecycle management and support for the client environment.

Manage 24x7 regional data center operations located in Singapore that services all the 35 business units across 13 countries with a budget of about US$ 2.6 million.Secondary responsibility – manage the server team and regional response team based in Singapore.Achievements – (1) Setup the regional 24x7 AP data center (2) Developed and tested the 1st disaster recovery plan in the region, (3) Established the 1st shared cost allocation methodology for IT in the region.

Managed the IT department supporting the infrastructure and business applications for Singapore businesses.Achievements – (1) Setup of infrastructure for Singapore business, (2) Implemented key Global business applications such as Cargill trading system in Singapore, (3) Setup connectivity for Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia and Korea.
