• Provide remote support to employees (Cisco AnyConnect VPN, VDI, VoIP) since Covid-19 pandemic.• Troubleshoot hardware and IP communication issues for various systems: DVR/IVS, Access Control Systems, Alarm Systems.• Worked with camera brands such as Axis, OpenEye, and Hikvision.• Worked with access control systems such as Keyscan and Feenics.• Provide technical support to clients over the phone, by email, or in person.• Communicate with client's IT to troubleshoot a variety of issues: IP Filtering, VPN Tunneling andPort Forwarding.• Test, repair, and replace devices on client sites.• Ensure accurate documentation in the ticketing system.• Provide after hours 24x7 remote support.• Escalate device failures to vendors for troubleshooting and RMAs.
