He has extensive start-up experience, having earned his stripes - and scars - in 6 'adventures' to date.Richard's ventures has been a little ahead of their time: he was involved in VOIP 5 years before Skype, in digital photo-sharing 3 years before Flickr, and in e-books 3 years before the Kindle.He ventured into online games in 2005, was President and Chief Operating Officer at IAHGames from 2007-2012, and currently sits on its board. As General Manager of IGG Singapore, he is responsible for its business in Southeast Asia.Richard believes we should "not go where the path may lead" but should "go instead where there is no path and leave a trail."
