- Manage store operations such as inventory replenishment, stock receipt, stock count and merchandising.- Handle POS cashiering duties accurately and efficiently and maintain all related records. - Basic data entry and data compilation, and daily reconciliation of collection.- Process non-cash sales transactions and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of store.

- Greet and serve walk in customers in a friendly manner- Handle daily shop opening & closing, cashiering duties, replenish of stocks, check inventory & achieving sales targets- Give advise to customers on designs and selections.- Build rapport with our existing and new customers.- Keep the shop clean and tidy.

- Assist in creative and design work for Refash platform- Support design team with marketing collaterals & graphics artworks - Generate new graphic content for all platform- Plays a key role in developing an entrepreneurial culture.

- Perform retail and cashiering duties- Ensure arrangement of products are well displayed- Basic house-keeping and stock-taking- Customer Servicing

- Printing/Scanning of documents - Sorting of documents- Seeking approval for Permit-To-Work (PTW) within the mall- Replying to emails

- Maintain the cleanliness of the storeroom- Packing & Sorting of apparel
