Directly responsible for the entire out load and recovery of over 80 containers and over 30 pieces of rolling stock during redeployment operations for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Established the best field maintenance facility in the brigade during JRTC resulting in a consistently higher operation readiness rate than five sister battalions. Developed and implemented a driver training program that trained the entire platoon on day and night driving maneuvers and techniques, greatly increasing the capability of the platoon. Subject matter expert on Recovery Operations, Training, Tactics Techniques and Practices (TTPs), resulting in the flawless recovery of over 100 battle damaged vehicles during combat operations. Established a field maintenance facility during Intensive Training Cycle (ITC) resulting in a constant operation readiness rate of 100% with all deadlines repaired within 24 hours of receipt. Brought preposition stock in Iraq from 50% mission capable to an unprecedented 98% fully mission capable readiness rate within the first 30 days of deployment, and maintained the rating throughout deployment.
