Leading effort to re-platform several applications to EPIC’s Tapestry and Healthy Planet modules. The former reaches deeply into how referrals are processed between generalists and specialists inside and outside our system, while the latter focuses on population health and clinical integration and quality measures across 60+ institutions and practices. Responsible for $17+m in new capital projects, and 90+ professionals.

VP Eligibility Services. (2011-2014). Created a series of eligibility cost containment services, with $10m in revenue, 94% state procurement win rate, and strong growth potential. • Driven by ACA, developed an enhanced eligibility platform. Leveraging datamatching competencies, services include verification of income, household size, state residency, etc. • Leveraged new Federal law into electronic verification of applicant’s assets with financial institutions. Led successful procurement efforts and initial implementations. • Grew Premium Assistance service to 13 states and client savings of $300+m annually.VP Corporate Development. (2007-2011). Primarily focused on M&A, activities included: • Due diligence team member for major acquisition which grew to managing integration & best practices through ten teams. Revenue increased 67% year over year to $147m in 2007. • Drove acquisition of a pharmacy audit company, with best-in-class real-time capabilities. • Sponsored business plan for hospital credit balance audit unit, achieved funding, and oversaw its start up.VP Product Development. (2002-2006). With a focus on rethinking core products: • Developed company’s first real-time product, a pharmacy coordination of benefit service. • Replatformed our cost containment service reducing client implementations from six months to one day. This mass customization approach serves 200+ clients, up from 17. • Added an eligibility verification service, both electronic (270/271) and manual, whose revenue today is over $50m.
