I have worked on transactions as both a principal and as an intermediary and have been integrally involved in various aspects of mergers & acquisitions, finance, and brokerage services associated with over 50 consummated transactions valued at over $500 million. In addition, I have provided business development and strategic advisory services on other transactions valued at over $700 million. I have worked with, and/or provided advisory services to, companies in industries including specialty contracting, communications tower, wireless broadband, cable television, electronic alarm, specialty consumer finance, automotive services, radio broadcast, waste-to-energy, water utility, and other cash-flow-driven industries.
