I get the opportunity to do graphic design for Sports and Society Initiative where I get the chance to fulfill multiple responsibilities. Communicating in meetings giving weekly progress reports. Creating graphics from scratch for all events for the organization. Taking requests and created graphics as needed for any member.

This job allows me to work on editing patents, creating CAD models, doing sketches, and many more projects assigned from the company on my own time

In this position, I get to work closely with the Vice President of Recruitment for our chapter of Pi Lambda Phi Fraternity. As a member of only the fourth class of this fraternity, I get to play a large role in the critical growth phase by analyzing the recruitment data to maximize the amount of potential new members that would best fit our ideals and philanthropy.

- Aid in selecting and inviting Potential New Members to recruitment events- Show passion in keeping the fraternity growing by helping select high-quality men for recruitment
