I will be responsible for the relationships of approximately 60 of MOTOR’s existing NationalAccount clients and managing the day-to-day interactions with them. My main objectives will be winning renewals with these clients and growing MOTOR’s revenue.

I was responsible for sales training & support for Matco Tool Distributors. Matco Tools are the sole supplier of MOTOR manuals and roughly 6 different software programs. Due to the onset on COVID-19, Training started out with online WebEx meetings. Later training was provided by ride-a-longs with individual distributors.

My responsibilities include overseeing a team of 17 independent Publishers Reps for Motor Information Systems on the East Coast of the US. I am responsible for hiring, training, and motivating sales reps with a varied product line up that includes Automotive Repair Information in the form of Print, DVD and Online Services to the Automotive Industry.
