Developed and implemented performance and value metrics and reporting for the PMO at the delivery and roadmap tracking levels. ★ PROJECT MANAGEMENT: At American Express, I managed their PMO and all technologies teams on a multi-year, multimillion-dollar project to spin-off their Global Business Travel division into a separate business entity. Project impacted 20,000+ contracts with 15,000 employees in 36 different countries.★ PROGRAM LEADERSHIP: I managed a three-year program to implement a new customer service floor in the American Express Cybercity complex in India. This involved hiring 450 new customer service representatives and working with business and technology executives to deploy new datacenter infrastructure, voice/data network, equipment, and applications. We realized an $11M cost savings.★ CHANGE MANAGEMENT: For American Express's World Service Technology portfolio, I developed the processes, tools, team structure, and reporting needed to lead the technology expense management program for US Card Operations. A $34M annual expense and re-engineering program where I mentored 1 Senior Vice President and 8 Vice Presidents in cost-effective portfolio management strategies resulting in $45M in cost savings/cost avoidance.
