I have over 30 years financial experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Controller and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in international trade, commercial construction, manufacturing and real estate development. I have spent the past nine years working with start-ups, small and medium sized companies as a CFO Consultant, specializing in institutional and bank financing, future financial presentation and management team development. Previously I was President of a real estate development consulting firm that took landowners through the land development process. As Chief Financial Officer of Beneri International Corporation, I am consulting within the environmental technology and sustainable development industry. I am also currently CFO of an aviation industry supplier of fluid transfer systems and Advisor to a manufacturer of non-toxic additive formulations, that when mixed with bio-resins, produces biodegradable/compostable plastics. I graduated from the University of Minnesota, was previously licensed as a CPA and a Real Estate Broker in the State of Minnesota.
