I am a Servant Leader.First and foremost, I consider myself a servant; to God, my family, my friends, my community, and my team. Professionally, I serve an underappreciated workforce. I work around the clock in support of them. I am dedicated to a culture of empowerment and meaning in an industry plagued with stereotypes and negativity. My life's passion is the work I do; operations, strategy, building teams, motivating people, developing systems, and evaluating processes. I have been blessed to marry an amazing woman that shares my passion for work and together, along with our 4 beautiful children, we take on the world. I am obsessed with obtaining knowledge and self-improvement, I dedicate time daily to: reading, learning new skills, improving my health, and searching for personal enlightenment. I volunteer regularly, and leverage my skills and network to benefit my community and charitable organizations as a hobby.
