I am a Enterprise Middleware Architect with a passion for creating innovative solutions to complex interoperability problems. I specialize in collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to motivate support for a shared vision and to turn that vision into reality. My approach always starts with people and developing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. I have always dedicated myself to continuously learning new disciplines. I began my journey as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist serving the needs of patients and caregivers. I soon discovered the large gaps in interoperability between disparate health information systems, which motivated me to pursue a degree in computer science and eventually began my career as an Integration Analyst. This work was very fulfilling, and I became fascinated with how data was being used to make decisions, which sparked me to pursue an advanced degree in Data Analytics. I am extremely excited about the future of Interoperability coupled with Data Analysis to advance the world in which we live. Throughout my career I have been an influencer within my various organizations. On numerous occasions I have encountered situations of ambiguity and uncertainty. These situations are always a time of great opportunity which drive the greatest innovation. Whether it was bringing a health system from a paper based EMR to a fully digital EMR or implementing and an Enterprise API Gateway, I had to gain the trust of my team very quickly in order to formulate a strategy, develop a plan, and drive results. Overall, I am extremely motivated to work with great people to build great organizations.Experience Categories:• Digital Transformation• Interoperability• Integrations• Data Analytics• EPIC Systems• Statistical Analysis
