Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Responsible for running and managing an engineering consulting, industrial distribution, and manufacturing company. Activities include develop and implement sales plan / strategy. Evaluate, develop, and train distribution network. Work with customers / distributors to develop new products. Work with customers / distributors to specify and implement state of the art solutions. Research and develop new opportunities in emerging markets. Determine solutions, develop and present complete formal project proposals, design, program, implement, and commission systems. Specify and support components including HMI’s, sensors, servo motors, VFD’s, electric motors, gear motors, gearboxes, cylinders, pumps, valves, HPU’s, power supplies, PLC/control systems, etc. Provide consulting and design services.

Complete responsibility for managing regional territory and growing market share. Develop and implement sales plan / strategy. Evaluate, develop, and train distribution network. Work with customers / distributors to develop new products. Work with customers / distributors to specify and implement state of the art solutions. Develop and manage new automation division. Evaluate and select new products for distribution. Responsible for projects from bidding, component design, sourcing, through manufacturing and installation. Develop and present complete formal project proposals. Apply engineering principles to provide conceptual design, technical assistance, and application engineering on inquiries and orders for all types of engineered systems (Hydraulic, Electric, & Pneumatic). Assist sales with customer targeting, presentations, customer training, follow up, and order processing. Factory state-of-the-art training on all automation product lines. Territories serviced include South Central United States from Georgia to New Mexico and Mexico.
