Currently in Mont Belvieu, Texas managing staffing, start up, and operations for the Oleflex Propane Dehydrogenation unit.Recently in Mont Belvieu Texas managing operations of the 4 Propylene Fractionation units, a large RGP rail import terminal, and PGP product routing and management.Previously in operations in Louisiana, superintendent of Neptune, a twin train cryogenic natural gas facility servicing the Gulf of Mexico oil platforms. Moved to Port Allen a Joint Venture complex which had a NGL Fractionator and Propylene Concentration Unit. At both sites, managed both operations and maintenance, interacted with customers to ensure flow and product satisfaction, managed both captial and expense budgets for the facility, worked with and utilized support groups to ensure reliable operations and reduce downtime.
