Mr. Dale assists global Semiconductor and Microelectronics customers to reliably and economically exceed their Ultrapure Water (UPW) and Reclaim requirements.Chuck has directly supported the design, construction and operation of over 400 water purification and reclaim systems in 19 countries and for over 50 customers including: TSMC, Samsung, Intel, Micron, GlobalFoundries, Texas Instruments, Wolfspeed, Analog Devices, STMicro, Microchip, ON Semi, Applied Materials, Corning, HP, IBM, Lam Research, Seagate, SunPower and Western Digital. Mr. Dale is an active member and contributor in several semiconductor industry road-mapping, standards and sustainability sub-committees. He holds several US patents covering Perchlorate and Boron control methods and is an author and presenter for publications and venues including: - Ultrapure Water Journal - UltraFacility Conference - UPM University - International Disc Manufacturers Assoc. - International Water Conference - PowerGen Conference - Power (magazine) - Power Engineering - Pollution EngineeringPrior to 1988, Mr. Dale fulfilled wastewater treatment needs in the microelectronics industry applying ion exchange, precipitation, ultrafiltration and chemical treatment technologies. Notable achievements include: prototyping a gallium arsenide backgrind waste removal system utilizing hollow-fiber UF and piloting several other continuous flow oxidation, reduction, electrolytic recovery and precipitation systems.
