My responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of Triton Construction Group include, but are not limited to:- Setting up measurable standards of performance for each department, measure that performance against established goals.- In conjunction with staff, establishing companywide systems and procedures for reporting, project controls, financial controls, and employee relations.- Displaying the highest level of organizational and communication skills.- Being thoroughly versed in the operations of a fully integrated construction company, general contractor and petroleum construction firm.- Having a solid background in operations and sales.- Clearly communicating the company’s status and direction to staff, owners and partners.- Managing direct reports, including Annual Performance Reviews, periodic reviews of progress toward annual goals. Establishment of annual performance goals of any direct reports with Senior Project Manager.- Being able to train, instruct and mentor members of the team in various methods and techniques that will enhance the team and company performance.
