As the Chief Executive Officer of Triton Construction Group, I am a third-generation General Contractor operating the family business which was founded 51 years ago, in 1972. Throughout my 23+ years of experience working in construction, I have ensured that our staff is fully functional and extremely experienced in the commercial construction space. I come to lead a cross-functional team of professionals that serve to provide the value that we promise to our clients – to consistently provide exceptional quality and superior customer service on every single construction project. No excuses!Previously I served as President of C.T. Earle Corporation, our family owned and operated construction company with an emphasis on building and remodeling retail gas and restaurant facilities. I was responsible for setting up measurable standards of performance for each department and measuring that performance against established goals. In conjunction with my staff, I established company-wide systems and procedures for reporting, project controls, financial controls, and employee relations. It was in this role that I learned to formulate a commercial construction company’s strategic plan to achieve the objectives of the business plan, without missing the aim of providing exceptional quality work to our clients.I take great pride in the fact that my family business has served many clients in our area for five decades.
