• Special Assignment - Internal Audit and Budgeting & Internal Reporting (Mar 2014 to Oct 2014). During this assignment I led the COSO 2013 internal control framework implementation for financial reporting (SOX) and participated in various other IA assignments. In BIR, I provided post SAP CIS & Reporting implementation support.• Business Transformation Team (Apr 2012 to Mar 2014) During this assignment I was part of a 100+ member team on this special project to implement process changes throughout all aspects of the company while implementing SAP. I led the ERP team through month end close simulations; and I provided financial review and oversight of the EAM & CIS implementations, including application testing, report testing, end user training, support and upper management reporting/interaction. • Shared Services Director of Accounting (Jan 2007 to Apr 2012) during this time I was part of the leadership team to 160-210 member shared service center. During this time, I was the principal finance team member to secure two financings ($30m & $50m) for Pennsylvania-American. I also played a major part in the assimilation of new VP of Finance for the Region.
