Started shipping and packaging business and built company revenue to $150,000 by 2006. Guided three Account Executives in territory management as well as corporate and agency relations to successfully launch 26 new or upgraded markets during tenure. Signed over 80 corporate and agency contracts that resulted in revenue growth of over 80% in four years. Developed and instituted “Virginia Is For Flyers” campaign with the support of the Department of Aviation and MWAA, which increased average load factor 12% in six primary Virginia markets. Developed and successfully marketed new Executive Lounge for ACA frequents fliers. Adapted United Airlines “Perks Plus” program to work successfully in United Express markets, signing over 60 accounts to program in less than two years.
